The national cricket team’s sponsor and Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, Dialog Axiata PLC, together with Sri Lanka Cricket, commenced an island-wide sticker campaign to rally fans on the eve of the national cricket team’s T20 World Cup campaign.

The T20 Word Cup sticker campaign, coincides with the launch of ‘Ape Kollo’ the T20 World Cup song in support of the Team on their T20 World Cup campaign which commenced recently against Namibia in the United Arab Emirates.

The campaign which started at the headquarters of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) will cover all districts by the end of the national team’s qualification matches. Siyatha Network who holds the official broadcasting rights in Sri Lanka for the T20 World Cup matches, has come forward as the media partner for this campaign.

The song ‘Ape Kollo’ which in a space of two days went viral to become one of the top trending songs on social media video platform, YouTube, is sung by a stellar line-up of artistes and Dialog brand ambassadors including, Bathiya and Santhush, Umaria, Yohani, Sanka Dineth, Sajitha and Sanuka, while the Tamil version of the ‘Ape Kollo’ song is sung by Madhuvy and guest performer, Roy. With lyrics written by Triad, the Sri Lanka Cricket T20 World Cup song is an initiative powered by Dialog Axiata connecting the wishes of every Sri Lankan.
