Use any of the convenient methods below to reload your account or to activate any internet card or a special pack (such as 259/- Unlimited YouTube 4G Video Blaster or 367/- Triple blaster) by directly reloading the pack value
Visit www.dialog.lk/pay and reload using multiple options such as Credit Card , ATM card, Genie, eZcash or Star points.
Log on to the MyDialog App to reload using your credit or debit card conveniently. You can also save the card details and use ‘Quickpay’ function when you reload in future.
Use your Star Points
Convert your remaining Star Points balance to a reload. That mean you can do a reload by redeeming* your remaining Star Points amount. Simply follow below steps to redeem your Star Points for a Reload.
*Redeeming is possible down to a minimum of 100 remaining star points is in the account
- To check your Star Points balance: Dial #141# or Call 141.
- To Redeem: Type Star<space> Pay and SMS it to 141
Eg. To redeem 500 points, type Star Pay 500 and SMS to 141
Follow below steps to reload any Dialog connection via eZ Cash.
Dial #111# to check your eZ Cash balance.
To reload :
Step 1: Dial #111# and select ‘Reload’
Step 2: Enter your mobile number ( Dialog, Etisalat, Hutch, Airtel )
Step 3: Enter Amount
Step 4: Enter PIN and confirm the transaction
Step 5: You will receive a receipt
You can also use eZ Cash App to do your reloads to reload more conveniently
To reload your Dialog mobile with Genie.
Simply follow the steps given below.
Step 1- Open the Genie App
Step 2- Go to Add Biller and select “Dialog Mobile”
Step 3- Enter your prepaid Mobile Number and select “Done”
Step 4- Enter the Amount and select “Pay Now”
You have successfully completed your reload transaction!
