Dialog Reload Loan


Dialog mobile pre-paid customers can obtain a loan from Dialog whenever they run out of credit! There are two Dialog Reload Loan services as described below.

Automatic Loan

Register free of charge and activate the Automatic Loan Service which would automatically grant you a loan whenever your account balance goes down to zero without having to manually request for credit. Enjoy seamless usage of services such as making a call/ sending an SMS/ using data etc., even when you don't have the minimum credit balance required to use them.

  • Dial 356 or #356# to subscribe to this service.

  • Call 356 and after choosing the preferred language option, press 1 to obtain an Automatic Loan

  • Dial #356# and select "Ask for Loan". Then select 1 to obtain an Automatic loan

  • Loan value would be automatically applied even during a call / data session if your credit runs out.

  • Standard service charge of Rs.2.00 would NOT be deducted if you recharge the loan value within 24 hours

One time Loan

Request for a One Time Loan facility from Dialog whenever you run out of credit. Customer has to request for this facility each time when required.

  • Dial 356 or #356# to subscribe to this service.

  • Call 356 – and after choosing the preferred language option press 2 to obtain a Onetime Loan.

  • Dial #356# and select "Ask for Loan". Then select 2 to obtain a Onetime loan.

  • To obtain this service account balance should be less than Rs.10.00 .

  • Standard service charge Rs.2.00 applicable.

  • Subscribers do not have to register to access this service.

Loan Deduction Mechanism

Loan deduction would be done on next top-up. However, loan will be deducted fully or partially depending on the top-up value. Mechanism as follows

  • If the next top-up value is more than the loan value + service charge then the loan value will be deducted completely.

  • If the next top-up value is less than the loan value + service charge then Loan gets partially recovered leaving Rs.10 (approx.) for customer's urgent usages i.e.

  • Loan amount is Rs 90 + service charge Rs 2. Total loan value to be deducted is Rs 92.

  • Customer top-up Rs 50 – Loan gets recovered partially with Rs 40 leaving Rs 10 for customer urgent usages.
    Loan balance - Rs 40 recovered and balance Rs 52 remains to recover.

  • Again Customer top-up Rs 50 - Then again Loan gets recovered partially with Rs 40 leaving Rs 10 for customer urgent usages.
    Loan balance - Rs 80 recovered totally and Rs 10 remains to recover

  • Again Customer top-up Rs 50 - Then recovered the rest of the loan Rs 12.
    Loan balance – Rs 0

  • If Customer top-up more than Rs. 92 - Loan get recovered along with the service charge at once.

Notes

  • Minimum network stay of 3 months for eligibility.

  • Customers would get a personalized Reload Loan value that's based on their stay on the network and the usage for the last 3 months.

  • Customers would only be able to get a Reload Loan once the previous loan has been settled.

  • Customer can customize the loan value by dialing 356 or #356# within allocated minimum and maximum loan values.

  • Customized loan values would be reset each time the customer switches between Automatic Loan and One Time services.

  • Activation / Usage / Change of Loan Values / Deactivation of Dialog Reload Loan services could be done by calling 356 or dialing #356#.

  • Customer could only use one of the above services at any given time.
