The new Couple Blaster will facilitate Unlimited Calls and SMS between two numbers for as low as Rs. 174 (including taxes) per month. This package is exclusively available for all Dialog customers.

Couple Blaster is a service offered by Dialog Axiata PLC, which allows a user to add a nominated Dialog number, thereby enabling all calls and SMS between the two connections, originated by either number, to be free of charge. The nominated number can either be a Dialog mobile prepaid or a mobile postpaid connection.

Step 1: (one-time effort) Enter your couple number by dialing #171#. You can change this number only once a month for FREE.

Mobile Postpaid Customers

Step 1: Dial #171# and enter the couple number to activate the pack. Rs.174 will be charged from your postpaid account balance on each bill cycle.

Terms & Conditions

Applicable for both mobile prepaid and mobile postpaid customers
The pack is valid for 30 days from its activation date
The pack value is Rs.174 (including tax)
If a customer wishes to activate the pack via a reload, they should reload exactly Rs.174
There could only be one couple number ( Nominated number added by the primary connection) registered at any given time
Mobile Prepaid Customers can change the couple number, only once during the activation period (within 30 days) &it will be FREE OF CHARGE
Mobile Postpaid Customers can change the couple number at any time- Rs.100 will be charged per change

How to add/edit a couple number?

Customers can add or edit a couple number by dialling #171##171# and by selecting the ‘Add/Edit Couple Number’ option

Is the pack automatically renewing every month?

Mobile Prepaid Customers - No. The customer is required to activate the pack.
Mobile Postpaid Customers - Yes. This pack will automatically renewing on the bill date

Can the added couple number be a mobile postpaid connection?

Yes, the couple number can either be a Dialog mobile postpaid or mobile prepaid connection

Does the customer have to add a couple number every month?

No, once the couple number is added it will remain there until the customer decides to change it

How often can I change the couple number?

Mobile Prepaid Customers - Couple numbers can only be changed once during the 30-day period from the activation date of the Couple Blaster pack
Mobile Postpaid Customers - Couple number can be changed at any time- Rs. 100 will be charged per change

Does the customer need to activate the pack first in order to add the couple number?

Mobile Prepaid Customers – No, the customer can dial #171# and select ‘Add/Edit couple number’ to add the couple number or customer can firstly select ‘Add/Edit couple number’ to add the couple number and then dial #171# to activate the pack
Mobile Postpaid Customers - Yes, the customer have to dial #171# and activate the pack first to add the couple number

When will the validity period start for the Couple Blaster pack?

Mobile Prepaid Customers - If the customer reload Rs. 169 to activate the pack, then the validity period will start from the date the reload was done. If the customer activate the pack by dialing #171##171# then the validity period will start from the time of activation
Mobile Postpaid Customers - If the customer activates the pack through #171# method, the validity period will start from the time of activation

How can the customer check the pack’s validity?

A customer can check the pack’s validity through the USSD #171#

How can the customer check the current couple number in use?

Customers can check the current active couple number through USSD #171#

How do you check the pack’s expiration date?

The pack’s expiry can be checked via #171#

Can a customer activate the Couple Blaster pack via the MyDialog app?

No, currently the pack cannot be activated via the app. However, we are in the process of making this option also available in the future.

Prepaid : What does ‘Added by me’ mean?

The ‘Added by me’ is the number you add to make and receive Unlimited Calls and SMS

Prepaid : What does ‘Added by others’ mean?

The ‘Added by other’ is the number when another user adds you to the Couple Blaster pack

Prepaid : How many ‘Added by me’ numbers can be added at a given time?

A customer can only add one couple number at a given time

Prepaid : How many ‘Added by others’ numbers can be added at a given time?

You can have any amount of ‘Added by others’ numbers at a given time because there could be several other users that have added your number

Prepaid : Can the customer view the validity of the ‘Added by others’ numbers?

Yes, the customer can view it via #171#

Prepaid : Is the tax charged separately from the customer?

No, tax is included in the Rs.169 reload activation
