  • OPTION 2 : Call our 24 HOUR Hotline at 1777 and speak to our contact center agent

To Block Only Promotional Calls

For this block only promotional call category, customer NOT receive any promotional calls to the mobile number registered for this service but will continue to receive SMS.

  • OPTION 1 : Call our 24 HOUR Hotline at 1777 & speak to our contact center agent

  • OPTION 2 : During an automated voice call, PRESS 0 at the end of the call to STOP receiving promotional calls in future

To unregister from DND (Do Not Disturb ) / Fully UNBLOCK all Promotional alerts

  • OPTION 1: Type PROMO ON and SMS to 678

  • OPTION 2: Call our 24/7 hotline at 1777 and speak to a customer care agent

Notes

Key points to remember with Do Not Disturb (DND) registration :

  • DND will ONLY block any promotional messages & calls initiated by Dialog Axiata PLC.

  • This service will NOT block any SMS or calls initiated by our associated partners or third parties for commercial purpose or personal calls, etc.

  • Upon registration, it takes 48 HOURS to process your request to BLOCK promotional call and/or SMS.

  • DND (Do Not Disturb ) will not apply to service messages, informative/awareness messages or other transactional messages.
