Due to the prevailing short supply of paper, we are compelled to discontinue your Dialog Mobile/ Home Broadband/ Television paper bill effective 01/06/2022.

Despite these circumstances, we are determined to ensure that our valuable customers are always provided with consistent and convenient services. Please be informed that you can continue to receive your Dialog Bill via our digital channels mentioned below:

  • e-Bill via email - if you wish to receive a copy of your bill via email, please register for this service by visiting the MyDialog App and selecting the “e-Bill subscription” or dialling #3333# from your Dialog mobile connection.
  • MyDialog App - Visit the MyDialog App and select “View Bills” to view your bill from anywhere at any time.
  • SMS - Your monthly Dialog bill will be sent via SMS to your smartphone. No prior activation is required (please click the link within the “Dialog Bill” SMS port to download your bill as a PDF).
  • Voice assisted service - Dial 456 from your Dialog mobile connection to listen to voice-assisted detailing of your bill.
  • For Dialog Television bill - Type BILL <space> your Dialog Television account number and SMS to 679 from a Dialog mobile or to 0770 679 679 from any other mobile network.
  • View your current bill - Dial #456# from your Dialog mobile.
