Dialog to Offer Direct Carrier Billing Facilities for Google Play Store

 

Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, announced the launch of Add to Bill (Direct Carrier Billing) Services with Google, to make it easier for users to purchase apps, games, digital content, in-game/in-app purchases, movies, subscriptions and more from the Google Play store on their devices.

With the introduction of Direct Carrier Billing with Google, Dialog customers can now use one-tap mobile payments to purchase services ranging from games, apps and movies on the Google Play Store, and complete the purchases using just the phone number - which will appear on the subscriber’s postpaid mobile phone bill or be deducted from their prepaid balance, with no additional requirement for personal or credit card information.

To change the payment method to Dialog, visit the Google Play Store, click the drop-down menu on the top left corner, select ‘Payment Methods’, and checkout by selecting Dialog as your payment method.
