Postpaid customers will be able to activate these packs as recurrent packs. If the customer deactivate the pack, it would be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle. Until then, customer will not be able to activate any of the above packs again.

Corporate customers will only be able to activate this pack via assisted channels upon a company request.

Multiple pack activations are applicable only for Work and Learn Lite 30GB pack.

Customers who have activated O365 package, cannot activate the Work & Learn Lite pack and vise versa.

Data usage can be checked for Work & Learn Lite 30GB pack via MyDialog App.

Both Work & Learn Lite Packs (30GB & Unlimited) have the highest priority in terms of Data usage.
