Remote control does not operate: 

Point the remote control directly towards the decoder.

Check and replace the batteries.

Please replace batteries and re-pair your universal remote - to pair your universal remote with the decoder - press and hold down the OK button whilst pressing the numbers 1, 2 ,3 ,4 ,5 or 6 until the LED light on the remote-control unit blinks twice.
