Notes

  • Above Add-on plans will be applicable for viewing content on YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & Viber only.
  • Eligible content will be whitelisted through IP addresses and protocols/signatures.
  • Content subscription fee will not be captured under any of the above plans.
  • Customers can activate the above plan by combining with the current prepaid plan or as a standalone plan.
  • Customers should be able to utilize the given Data quota through any device type. (Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, TV, TV Box etc.)
  • No limitations on video quality.
  • The Prepaid Multiple Recurrent plan cannot be activated at the same time.
  • Once the customer deactivates the Prepaid Recurrent plan, they can activate another Recurrent plan right after without having to wait for the deactivated plan to expire.
  • Multiple Add-on One-time plan activations are allowed.
  • There are no pre-requisites for an Add-on plan to be activated.
  • Any download or upload of data on Facebook/ YouTube/ WhatsApp/ Instagram & Viber will be utilized from the given data quota. Data will be utilized from any other available data quota or the customer will be charged, if they use a 3rd party URL or any other application.
  • Given Data quotas for whitelisted content might not be utilized due to the following reasons.
    • Use of VPN, Proxy, and Tunnels which impact identifying Data traffic.
    • Possible changes, developments, improvements in the content providers network (related to protocols mentioned under this plan) or content streams (where it will take some time to develop platform signatures).
    • Application owners move content into a different content provider network.
    • Use of browsers or programmes which may modify the traffic behavior.
  • To ensure a seamless internet experience, customers must always have an active Anytime Data quota, in addition to their YouTube & Social Media pack quotas, as some of the platform initiation and continuation services require protocols which are outside of the whitelisted ones in the plan (due to the presence of 3rd party URLs within the applications) and if customer uses Facebook chat/ messenger.
