Is this the existing Dialog Self Care App?
Yes, the Dialog Self Care App has been upgraded to the MyDialog app to serve you better.
How many connections can I add to the MyDialog app?
You can add a maximum of 20 connections.
Am I charged for data when using the MyDialog app?
Data charges will not be applicable for Dialog users.
Will I be charged for downloading the MyDialog app?
Yes. Standard data charges will be applicable
If I am using a Prepaid connection, can I access the MyDialog app even when I have no data balance left?
You need to have a sufficient data balance to access the app.
What OS versions does the app support?
Android 4.4 and above, iOS 8.0 and above, Huvawei - available on Huawei Manage Services based devises on AppGallery
Does the app support multiple languages?
Yes. The app supports the English, Sinhala, Tamil, and Chinese languages
Can I reload or pay my bills using a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can pay using any valid credit/debit card.
Can a non-Dialog user install and use the app?
Yes, non-Dialog users can access Star Points, eZ Cash accounts and explore other Dialog services
How do I report a problem?
You can lodge a complaint or contact Dialog Support through the ‘Menu’ option on the MyDialog app. Go to Menu –> Dialog Support –> Report a problem
