11. How do I Purchase a device?

Please follow the below steps;

1. Brose and select the required device model

2. Click on the required device model to check the specification

3. Click on the “Buy” button to purchase the device

4. Select the preferred language

5. Enter the information required for device invoice (mobile number/ID number)

6. Enter e-mail address if an e-receipt is required.

7. Acknowledge the payment summary and click on the “Pay” button to proceed to the payment page.

8. Insert the bank card as per the instruction displayed on the KIOSK screen.

9. Acknowledge the payment receipt, provide the digital signature and click on the “Submit” button.

10. Collect the purchased device from the KIOSK device dispenser as instructed on the screen

11. Scan the barcode (IMEI 1) on the box as instructed on the KIOSK screen

12. Collect printed invoice generated from the MyDialog Smart KIOSK
