4. Can the customer activate multiple Unlimited packages at the same time?
Customers can activate multiple packages but the below restrictions exist.
> Customers can’t activate two Unlimited recurrent packs at the same time
> Customers can’t activate an Unlimited recurrent package when a standard prepaid recurrent pack (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) is already active on the connection
> Customers can’t activate a Standard Recurrent Package (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) when an UNLIMITED recurrent package is already active on the connection
If the customer already has a Recurrent UNLIMITED package or a One-Time UNLIMITED package active, they can’t activate an UNLIMITED package with a higher speed and a longer validity period on their connection.
EXCEPTION: If the customer has a 1 Day UNLIMITED package they are able to activate another UNLIMITED 1 Day package with higher speed.
