What should I do if I sell or pass on my eSIM enabled device?
You are required to perform a SIM change and move the connection to your new device or disconnect the connection if it is no longer being used. Please note that unless deactivated or changed, the new owner of the device can download the deleted profile if they are able to find the original QR used to download the profile (via retrieving the email from the mail box or from device memory).
