Use your Star Points balance to pay your Dialog Bill by simply following the steps below.

*You must maintain a balance of 100 points in your account when redeeming.
E.g.: If you have accumulated 120 Points you can redeem only 20 Points.

  • To check your Star Points balance: Dial #141# or Call 141
  • To redeem: Type Star pay <amount to redeemed> and SMS it to 141
    E.g. To redeem 500 Star Points, type Star pay 500 and SMS to 141
  • To redeem via the Star Points App: click https://www.starpoints.lk/
  • To redeem Star Points via the MyDialog App to settle your bill payments, follow the steps below
  • Step 1 : Select the connection number

  • Step 3 : Select the payment method as Star Points

  • Step 4 : Select the connection number you wish to redeem Star Points from

  • Step 5 : Enter the redeemable amount and confirm

To pay via the eZ Cash App, follow the steps below,

  • Step 1 : Open the app and select “Bill Payment/Reload”

  • Step 3 : Fill the details (Acc. Type, mobile number, amount) and tap “Pay”

  • Step 4 : Enter the eZ Cash PIN

  • Step 5 : Upon successful completion you will receive this message

To Pay your bills via eZ Cash USSD follow the steps

  • Dial #111# and type no.3 and select “Send”
  • Enter the eZ Cash PIN and select “Send”
  • Select preferred payment type and select “Send”
  • Enter amount in Rs.
  • Select 1 for “Yes” to confirm the transaction and select “Send”
  • Upon successful completion, you will receive an SMS

Pay any Dialog Bills via Genie

To pay your Dialog bills with Genie Simply follow the steps given below.

  • Step 01 – Download & install the APP via Play store/APP store
  • Step 02 – Open App
  • Step 03 – Select the preferred Language (Currently available English only)
  • Step 04 - Click “Get Started”
  • Step 05 – Enter Mobile number
  • Step 06 – Enter 6-digit OTP
  • Step 07 - Enter the NIC
  • Step 08 – Set a PIN
  • Step 09 - Login with the PIN
  • Step 10 – Click the pay button
  • Step 11 – Search from Merchant or Biller (If Bill account already saved in “Your Billers” can skip this and Step 12)
  • Step 12 - Enter the Mobile/Acc number
  • Step 13 – Enter the amount
  • Step 14 - Select the "Payment options"
  • Step 15 – Click “Next”
  • Step 16 – Click “Confirm”
  • Step 17 – Enter the “OTP” (If requested only)
  • Step 18 – Click “OK”
You will receive an SMS and in-app notifications
